How it all works

We hope you enjoy browsing through our online inventory.  Our database contains over 4 million titles, including e-books, print books and audio books.  When you find a title that interests you, there are a couple of options for your order.

• Pick-up in store:  FREE Shipping!  Your order will be sent to the store from our supplier's warehouse.  We'll call you when it arrives and you can pick it up in the store.  It usually takes 4-5 business days for your order to arrive in the store.
• Ship to anywhere in the US, and even some International locations.  Ground, Overnight, 2 day, & 3 day shipping options.  Choose the speed and cost that works best for you.  Your order will ship directly from our supplier's warehouse in Atlanta.  
• Special Orders.  These titles are usually out of print or not available from our warehouse partner.  We work with a network of independent booksellers to locate these titles.  We can usually let you know within 2-3 days if we are able to locate the title.  It may take 2-3 weeks to ship/receive a Special Order title. 

Your order is always reviewed by us before it is shipped.  If we have it in stock in the store we will e-mail or call you right away.  Otherwise,  it will ship from our partner warehouse in Atlanta according to your shipping instructions.   Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been prepared for shipment.
